Ingredient of Breadsticks
1. 500 grams Bread flour
2. 15 grams Yeast
3. 250 grams Water
4. 220 grams Butter
5. 20 grams Sugar
6. 1/8 grams Salt

How to Cook Breadsticks
1. Mix water, yeast, flour, salt, sugar and butter in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix everything until well combined. Knead until combine, put in a mixing bowl and wrap with plastic wrap. Set aside for 1 hour.
3. Roll the dough and cut in strip. Set aside. Cover for 15 minutes.
4. Warm oven at 175 degrees.
5. When 15 minutes passed, cut the dough and shape as need.
6. Put on a baking tray.
7. Close with plastic wrap. Set aside for 30 minutes.
8. Bake at 20-25 minutes.
9. Set aside on wire rack until cool.
10. Keep in a bag or in a sealed container.
